Let's start preparing the wraps starting from the courgettes: wash them under running water, cut them into thin slices and then grill them quickly on the plate or even in the oven. Season with a drizzle of oil, a little salt and set aside.
Take the red tomatoes, wash them carefully and then
cut them into slices and set aside.
Now take the wraps and heat them by turning them on both sides and get ready to season them with the filling. Place the first one on a cutting board and spread on it a generous spoonful of pesto with basil and rocket.
Then take the slices of cooked ham, arrange them
on the right leaving space on the left.
Take the slices of melted cheese and place them on top of each slice of cooked ham. Finally, add your tomato slices, the previously grilled courgettes and the rocket. Now close the wraps by folding them in half.
Stuff the other in the same way and enjoy this typical Italian summer dish.
