Fragrant gluten-free crackers with corn and rice. Excellent as a bread substitute or as a hunger breaker. Made with ingredients obtained from raw materials that are naturally gluten-free, but rich in taste.
Ingredients: Corn starch 48% Rice flour 25% High oleic sunflower oil 14% Potato starch Gluten-free barley malt extract Raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monocalcium phosphate, monopotassium tartrate) WARNING FOR ALLERGICS Our recipe does not contain lactose; however, it cannot be ruled out that traces of milk proteins may be present. The product may also contain soy, sesame, eggs, hazelnuts and other nuts, so it is not suitable for consumption by people allergic to these substances.
