The Mutti peeled have a double consistency obtained from both the peeled tomato berries, plump and consistent, which are plentiful (average 35 berries), intact (> 80%) and uniform in size (average 4.5 cm); and from the tomato juice, slightly concentrated and with a creamy texture, in which the tomato berries are dipped. The peeled mums have a bright red color and the intense taste and aroma of fried tomatoes. The taste is delicate, reflects the floral notes of ripe tomato and is balanced in sweetness and acidity. Thanks to the selection of the best raw materials and strict control of the organoleptic parameters, the peeled mums are perfectly balanced in terms of the number of berries and the consistency of the sauce.
