Smaller than traditional gnocchi, Garofalo Potato Chicche have a spherical shape and a velvety and delicate texture. On the palate they give a tactile experience of softness and taste. Cooking is even faster than that of gnocchi, which is why they are recommended in combination with light sauces based on fish or vegetables.
Ingredients: Potato puree (water and potato flakes corresponding to 85% potato, emulsifiers E471) soft wheat flour type "00", salt, natural flavors, rice flour, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
