SALMON GRID AND PURÉE Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 bags of Maggi Crempurè - 4 slices of fresh salmon fillet - 600 ml of milk - 20 g of butter - 100 g of breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons of grated Parmigiano Reggiano - a bunch of aromatic herbs (thyme, parsley, sage, rosemary) - Oil - Salt to taste - Pink pepper to taste Procedure: Finely chop the aromatic herbs. Prepare the breading by mixing the breadcrumbs with the Parmigiano Reggiano, the chopped herbs and the pink pepper.
