We rediscover only Italian unrefined flours and mix them with Italian eggs from free-range hens, fresh Italian milk, sugar and butter.
A surprising taste with large and melting pieces of chocolate combined with the simplicity of butter for a crumbly structure, perfect for soaking.

ITALIAN “TYPE 2” SOFT WHEAT FLOUR
The choice to give priority to Italian wheat is an ethical choice, which looks to the environment and the beauty of working with our farmers. We use type 2 flour or flour from direct refining of the grain, because the lower refining process compared to flours 0 and 00 determines a higher% of mineral salts, vitamins and fibers.

FRESH MILK AND ITALIAN EGGS
In this product we use fresh Italian milk, choosing suppliers who pay particular attention to the traceability systems of the supply chain and to the principles of animal welfare on the farm. This also applies to eggs, which come from free-range hens in Italy.

In a new environmentally friendly recyclable packaging in FSC certified paper for responsible forest management.

Ingredients:

soft wheat flour type "2" 60% - chocolate 17% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavors) - sugar 14% - sunflower oil - butter 2% - fresh eggs from free-range hens 2% - fresh pasteurized whole milk 2% - glucose syrup - raising agents: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate - salt - flavorings. May contain nuts and mustard.
