The De Cecco Bolognese Sauce was created in collaboration with the three-star Michelin top chef Heinz Beck and made while maintaining the original simplicity of the recipe: extra virgin olive oil is added to a rich mince of onion, celery, carrot and chopped Veal Bianco dell 'Manzo Central Apennine IGP certified, pork shoulder and bacon, then pulp and tomato puree, strictly Italian.
