A mixture of selected flours, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 24 hours of slow leavening with sourdough starter, a skilful flaking process to match the very thin layers of dough and then obtain our Multi-Grain Crackers: irresistibly crunchy, crumbly and salty on the surface , characterized by the rich taste of the grains. They are perfect for curb hunger in a pleasant and appetizing way with their precious supply of fibre.
