The Siccagno Ready Tomato Sauce brings all the flavors and aromas of Sicily to the table. It comes from a tomato grown particularly dry, without irrigation, typical of the hilly areas of Valledolmo Sclafani Bagni, Alia Vallelunga, Villalba. We only added extra virgin olive oil, onions and caper leaves with the chopped sprouts to the fresh Siccagno passata.
