The Nuvola flour from Molino Caputo, is a new type 0 flour that allows highly hydrated, very diverible doughs and which gives the pizza an airy cornice typical of the Neapolitan round pizza. It was born from the research & development of Mulino Caputo to give life to honeycomb and fragrant cornices. A careful selection of raw materials ensures volume and softness of the dough thanks to the high fermentation capacity naturally present in the grains. Nuvola is a 100% natural product without the use of additives or preservatives. Also to be used in combination with Nuvola SUPER for the preparation of pre-made and chariots.
