The selection of our artisanal dry pasta. It is processed according to the ancient tradition of the upper Benevento area, which still involves the manual cutting of some references (spaghetti). The process begins with the mixing of our grains to then be pasta-made. During this phase the pasta is extruded from the bronze dies and then placed on fir wood frames and dried slowly (between 27 and 32 hours) at low temperatures with 100% Made in Italy wheat.
