Lurisia Gazzosa has a unique taste that comes from an ancient recipe. The recipe dates back to the 1950s and the variety of lemons we use has been grown for over 300 years only on the terraced terraces of the Amalfi coast: it is the sfusato lemon from Amalfi, famous for its juicy and semi-sweet pulp.
To the eye it is brilliant and crystalline, to the nose the lively scent of lemon emerges.
The intensity is enhanced by the presence of bubbles which harmonizes and refines the evocation of orange blossoms and lemon peel. Particularly balanced and full-bodied, the long persistence is accompanied by a gentle acidity that dissolves in sweet notes.
Consumed alone it is an excellent thirst quencher but, thanks to its pleasant acidity, it can also be combined with dishes based on raw fish and shellfish.
Also excellent transformed into a sorbet with the addition of a mint or sage leaf.
To be served in a rounded glass, without adding ice, with two mint leaves and a licorice stick.
