Classica Montana is the first jellied meat with an environmental product certification (EPD). Furthermore, what distinguishes Montana meat is an entirely Italian production chain. We select the cuts using only the lean part of the muscle, which is cooked sliced and packaged with the addition of the gelatin obtained from its natural broth. Montana jellied meat is a lean product (only 1.2% fat) and is a safe choice for celiacs too (AIC handbook).

In addition to having only 1.2% fat, the Montana GOLD line has a reduced rate of salt: each 90g portion contains only 1.1g of salt, or 50% less than the average of jellied meat. It is also a safe choice for celiacs (AIC handbook).
