The Chantilly cream PANEANGELI is the modern version of the historic Chantilly cream born in France in the distant 1691 for the king Louis XVI.
The Chantilly PANEANGELI cream is quick and easy to prepare: pour 400 ml of whipping cream, very cold, into a bowl on high sides and beat for 30 seconds at low speed. Gradually add the contents of an envelope and continue to beat at low speed until a thick and full-bodied cream is obtained.
Each 80 g pack contains 2 sachets of Chantilly PANEANGELI cream.
