Polenta Valsugana, a traditional meal made from corn flour, typical of northern Italy. Made from the best steamed cornmeal: in just a few minutes you can make a delicious and real traditional polenta.
Easy to prepare: Boil 1½ liters of water with 2 heaping spoons of salt. Empty the bag of cornmeal into the boiling water and mix everything well. Stir in the same direction with a wooden spoon. It should take about 8 minutes to cook the polenta. Makes 4-5 servings. Try it with ragu ', mushroom sauce or even a simple tomato sauce.
