Shelled legumes are made using a special process that allows the outer layer to be gently removed, making them lighter, more digestible and quicker to cook. Thanks to these properties, they are particularly suitable for weaning, in child nutrition and for gastrointestinal diseases.

Selected shelled chickpeas are obtained from chickpeas grown in Puglia, Sardinia and Molise.
