Tigullio offers a new walnut sauce, which, along with pesto, is one of the main sauces in Ligurian cuisine.
To enjoy the full flavor of the Tigullio walnut sauce, simply add a little salt to the pasta cooking water and dissolve each portion of sauce with a spoon before mixing it with the pasta.
