Pannafix PANEANGELI must be added to the cream as it is whipped, to stabilize its structure and keep the decorations soft and swollen, as if just made.

Pannafix is also useful in the preparation of fruit cakes, to absorb excess liquid: simply sprinkle the bottom of the cake covered with cream with a bag of Pannafix before distributing the fruit.

Pannafix PANEANGELI is available in boxes of three bags of 10 g each for whipping about 600 ml of cream.
