The ginger turmeric infusion is obtained from the union of the roots of ginger and turmeric and is used for its intense flavor and is particularly suitable after meals. Type of preparation:
- WITH HOT WATER: Place a filter in a cup and pour boiling water, not directly on the filter. Leave for 4-5 minutes.
- WITH COLD WATER: Pour fresh water into a filtered glass and steep for 7 minutes. Consume at the moment. - You can enjoy it pure or sweeten it, preferably with honey. It is recommended to consume 2 cups per day.
