Calvè Fresca Mayò mayonnaise prepared with low-fat yoghurt * and 55% less saturated fat (compared to Calvé Classic mayonnaise), ideal for pasta and salads thanks to its fresh and light taste. * In order to keep the taste unaltered over time, the product has been pasteurized and therefore does not contain live lactic acid fermentations.
INGREDIENTS: Low-fat milk yoghurt (29%), sunflower oil (25%), water, alcohol vinegar, sugar, wheat starch (GLUTEN), pasteurized egg yolk (2%), salt, starch-modified corn, stabilizer: guar gum ;; Citrus fiber, coloring: beta-carotene. In order to keep the taste unchanged over time, the product has been pasteurized and therefore does not contain live lactic acid fermentations. *% of the reference intake of an average adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal) ** one serving = 15 ml (pack contains 15 servings)
