De Cecco Whole Wheat Remilled Durum Wheat Semolina is obtained from the selection of the best durum wheat skilfully ground in our mill. During milling, the special De Cecco process preserves the natural fiber content of our grains, the precious "wheat germ" and the authentic flavor of the fresh ingredient For this reason it is particularly suitable for making fragrant homemade wholemeal bread and for the manual or automatic preparation of excellent fettuccine, macaroni alla chitarra, gnocchi and any other wholemeal format with or without eggs. Whole re-milled semolina is an excellent alternative to the classic re-milled semolina, and is naturally rich in fiber. Available in 1 kg pack.
