Hoplà spray mix, already whipped and ready to use, is based on vegetable fats and cream. Ideal for garnishing sweets, fruit salads, ice cream, coffee, creams, puddings.

Ingredients: cream 50% (of which fat 20%), skimmed milk, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 11%), sugar (11%), emulsifiers: E471, E472b, stabilizer: carrageenan (E407), flavorings. Propellant: nitrous oxide (E942). Gluten free. Product suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
It can be stored at room temperature, preferably between +4°C and +22°C. Store in the fridge after the first serving.
